To get started with the app, users need to download it and log in using their Home Banking credentials. For those who are not yet registered for Home Banking, enrollment is required before utilizing the Coop Móvil App.

Similar to the Home Banking service, all data, balances, and transactions conducted via the Coop Móvil App are updated in real time.
